Beginning by examining “The Victim” and concluding with Present Moment Awareness, this book explores seven levels of consciousness and lays out a framework to inner peace. As you work through each level, the nonbeneficial habits of your past will be identified and the path to enlightenment illuminated.Nothing outside of you will bring you lasting happiness. About the Author

K.J. Simmons is an Entrepreneur, Energy Practitioner, wife, mother, grandmother, sister, friend and now an Author. Having to process, heal and move past numerous tragic life experiences and challenging relationships at a young age, K.J. began a journey to seek her own truth and find answers that made sense. Rather than write about personal stories and antidotes, she wanted to share what she has learned in simple terms and then engage the Reader to begin their personal journey to inner peace.
