She is an experienced C-Suite Executive, Founder and Speaker who has led many companies across multiple sectors to success and she is on a mission to show people how to hack their stress and burnout in ever changing times, to be able to continue to live calmly and happily even through the hard times.
She combines an avid intellect with a keen understanding of human nature and has spent the last 10 years overcoming more obstacles that most would deal with in a lifetime.
She has lived and experienced severe stress and burn out more times than most and has risen from the ashes every time when others would have given up. She has created signature techniques and strategies using the science of the power of the body and brain together, and will show you how to hack stress and anxiety, to prevent burn out or how to rise from it to a new level of personal power. This is not touchy-feely stuff, but purposeful personal enhancement stuff. She is on a mission to take anyone who has been struggling in life and show them how to hack their stress and find their calm and live happier and healthier lives.
She has worked in the fitness and wellness industry for over 30 years, has a degree in education, human movement, Cert III/IV fitness, certificates in counselling and is currently completing my graduate diploma in psychology.
