Each and every one of us were put here to do extraordinary things and we are each extremely special in our own individual ways! We all deserve love, happiness, and safety. If you ever find that you or someone you know isn’t being loved, or isn’t happy, or safe say something! I believe that each and every one of you has the potential to make this world a better place by standing up for someone in need. There is no need to be scared, you are safe here and you can ask me anything you want. Knowing what other people have been through can sometimes make it easier to talk about your own traumas. Never hold any of it inside because it can take over your life and make things harder to understand later. Most of all though, I want you to always remember my promise IT’S NOT YOUR FAULT!!

About the Book
Ben is a little boy who has experience a lot of truama in his short life. Like others who have suffered he felt dirty disgusting and damaged due to all of the different traumas. Until his best friend Alex steps into superhero mode to help his best friend see that not only are the traumas not his fault, but that he deserves to be loved and wanted just like everyone else.
About the Author
H. A. Mitchell lives in Hutchinson Kansas and is a trauma survivor who wants children tp understand that they traumas they deal with due to adult behaviors is not their fault.
