About the Author
Nancy Sanks founded Body Awareness Yoga in 1989. Located in San Diego, California, she has served the community for more than thirty years offering classes, retreats, workshops, and special guests. Sanks received advanced training from the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health, West Stockbridge, Massachusetts. She also has studied extensively with Angela Farmer and Rama Jyoti Vernon. She and her husband have four children and nine grandchildren. This is her first book.
