About the Book
The Magic Glasses are a metaphor for being able to see how you made people feel. The horse teaches the little girl how to understand non verbal communication and to understand how love and fear affect our lives. The horse also teaches about heart energy, compassion and empathy. How do horses teach love and compassion? Ask any of the thousands of campers and students who grew up at Thomas School of Horsemanship.
About the Author
Nancy Genevieve Thomas always had a warm spot in her heart for her favorite horse Peppermint. Nancy grew up on a horse farm and did share horses with many friends. She truly believes that she is the person she is today because of her wonderful relationships with horses and all the people they drew to them. She went on to teach horseback riding to children at Thomas School of Horsemanship for 50 years. As the owner/director of the Thomas School of Horsemanship she was able to teach life lessons through the assistance of horses.
