About the Author

TARA ROSE, Ph.D., is a clinical psychologist with a specialty in gerontology and aging. Dr. Rose has been the Co-Leader of the Outreach, Recruitment and Education Core at a National Institutes of Health NIA-funded Alzheimer’s Disease Research Center since 2010 and was the Associate Director of Education for more than eight years. She has a special interest in helping people when they first notice memory changes or a foggy mind so they can look at their lifestyle, prioritize what is truly important, and improve their lives and their brain health.
