"I'm sorry I lost it," Bradyn admits quietly before Raelyn could say anything else. He drops his shirts onto the pile of wrinkled clothes on the suitcase and runs his hands down his face in hassle. He lets out a ragged sigh. "I just couldn't…take it anymore with the yelling. I couldn't keep listening to her put you down like that in front of our dad and in front of me. It just hurts watching her…" his voice trails, feeling it break. He turns to the opposite direction for a moment. He takes a deep breath to refocus himself and turns back to her. "This week has been stressful with the whole thing about Lily, the situation with the offer and now this? Raelyn, I don't know what to do." "I don't either, Bradyn, but all I can think of is to just…stay positive."

About the Book
“When your family isn’t your actual family, but one person is” “Think positive,” Raelyn tells herself as she walks through the doors of her junior year. She is determined to have a fantastic year at her new high school, but that changes once she gets dumped by her long-term boyfriend. She shakes it off, still feeling confident, until this selfless student begins picking on her for positive attitude. It makes her twin brother, Bradyn, furious, but it doesn’t faze her at all. While trying to figure out why her boyfriend ended things unexpectedly, Raelyn realizes the truth. It leaves her shocked. So shocked that she didn’t know she fell in love with the boy who hurt her too. And that’s only the start. The twins later find out some conflicting and unbelievable news, leaving more broken hearts and even broken families. Bradyn tells Raelyn that he doesn’t know how to be positive anymore, but will she feel the same? After everything that has happened so far, will it get better or worse?
