About the Author

As a leader in her field, Rosa is a qualified Clinical Nutritionist who runs a Functional and Integrative Medicine clinic combining wholistic care. Her 15 years of clinical experience has brought great knowledge which she shares daily with her clients. Rosa is also a Botanical Clinician. As a qualified Herbal Medicine Clinician who works hands-on with plant pharmacology which is designed to treat chronic disease states. Rosa also treats pain management, anxiety, depression, inflammation, gut-repair all of which allows the restoration of health & wellbeing. Rosa’s passions are in the areas of body repair and body regeneration through the mind-body / mind-gut axis of tissue repair through the gut. Rosa believes in the philosophy of nutritional eating, that by nourishing our bodies through the foods we eat daily, this in turn will heal the gut and ultimately heal the body.
