About the Book

This is the third book in the Wild series of poems, which explore themes of love, light and shadow, nature, and finally, living, loving, and letting go. This collection was written during a particularly potent time of impermanence, living through lessons requiring action as well as the discipline of bearing witness. These poems are heart-driven and accessible to a wide range of readers.

About the Author

Sherry’s dreams have always included a need for authentic connection and aspects of healing, educating and entertaining. Whether it was on stage, answering phones, collecting cover charges, checking coats, demonstrating cookware, writing or teaching yoga & meditation, these qualities have remained steady. Moved by a vivid imagination and deep reverence for the role of witness, Sherry is in a constant state of creativity and inquiry. Wild & Free – Poetry of Living, Loving and Letting Go is the third and final collection in her “Wild” poetry series (previously published by Balboa Press, Love’s Wild Journey – Poems from an Untamed Heart & Wild Fire – Poetic Prisms). Other published works include inclusion of two poems (Silent Sounds & In the Moment) in The Poetry of Yoga – A Contemporary Anthology Volume 1 (Edited by HawaH), as well as articles in local papers and online magazines. Sherry lives in Bucks County, PA with her husband, three daughters, dog and two cats.
