About the Book

Imagine one day you feel something in your body is not working right. It starts with a twinge, a pain, specifically in or around your shoulder or scapula. It could be adhesive capsulitis, otherwise known as, frozen shoulder. Many women and several men have discovered this condition is upon them and not really sure how it happened. In this book, a nurse expert found herself one day with unexplainable shoulder issues only to discover the journey it would take to healing. Not much known in the industry about frozen shoulder, this author and nurse explores her journey not once, but twice to solve and resolve the puzzle. She uses holistic treatments, and works with a vengence to beat this condition and resume life's adventures. It can be debilitating and many around, in the medical community and families do not understand the excrutiating and debilitating effects of this strange condition. As most often it is not an injury or from surgery, in this case it is difficult for many to understand how this can cripple someone to the brink of physical and mental exhaustion. Looking for answers, treatment and solutions, Patti shares her journey of hope, healing, and resolve in a fairly unconventional way and without heavy medications or surgery. Loaded with tips and techniques to get you and your family through this journey and back to being 100% again. About the Author

She has been in wellness, and healthcare for well over 35 yrs. Early on in life, Patti developed an interest in fitness and wellness. She trained in aerobic exercise, exercise physiology, and certified under AFAA. Through nursing school, she taught exercise at several fitness centers throughout Philadelphia, PA. Her nursing career began in pediatrics, critical care, and then perioperative services, yet her goals were to evolve and merge nursing, fitness, and wellness into a passion to enhance holistic wellness. She spent the later part working and collaborating within the orthopedic, chiropractic, and nutritional wellness communities to ultimately open a wellness center in 2013. Since that time, she encountered what is known as a frozen shoulder. Knowing there had to be a cause or a trigger, she looked to identify what was happening, finding diagnosis, and treatment solutions. She pioneered a wellness program from her years of experience to commit to resolving her shoulder issue and discovered solutions to heal through chiropractic, massage, interventions and topical ingredients, activities, and ultimately stem cell therapy. Through this journey she began study and coaching of others, then in 2017 had a repeat to her second shoulder, applied it to the new onset and resolved equally well with the same approach. In this book, she shares her passion, experiences, resolve, and ideas to help someone through the journey to figure out what solutions can be helpful to endure through this excruciating experience physically and mentally.
