Prologue My Divine Intention One of my most profound life moments was receiving a blessing in the Sistine Chapel. I had the opportunity to line up for a private blessing and I took my chance. Within the walls of The Vatican, one of the most holy of places, I felt at peace with the divine presence in my life. At the end of my blessing, the Cardinal asked that the angels guide me throughout my life. It was an incredible feeling that has stayed with me. The inspiration for this book comes from my faith in a higher being and the angels who I believe guide me to help others. I have embraced this guidance and I have since written these prayers and reflections to share with others. 2. Modern Day Prayers This collection of thoughts and prayers is for everyone who is open to connecting to a divine being in their life. I believe that it is possible for us all to have conversations with this higher being, who I call God and that one way to do this is through prayer. Prayers can be read quietly to yourself or read aloud. You can chose to share prayers with your friends and with your family or keep them to yourself. I hope these prayers bring more hope, blessings and love into your life.
