From multiple Happy Acts for creating change to cheeky alerts highlighting important information, you’ll soon learn how to overcome your fears and challenges and live a more authentic life, one filled with greater joy and purpose. This unique book draws from the inspirational material Lisa teaches women at her Camp Atta Girl! retreats. It’s a carefully curated ensemble of the science and the woo-woo that she has learned over the years. She writes with honesty, humor, and heart.

About the Author
