And she loved you both very much.”Mama said, smoothing the hair from Arties' forehead.“You may feel sad today. You might laugh at some silly memory, too. Tomorrow you may cry some more, or even feel angry about Gran dying and going to heaven.” Mama said, while Artie and Smitty worked at the table.“It's ok to feel however you feel. It may even take some time to feel happy again, and that's ok too." she said.“Nobody else can tell you how to miss Gran. We each miss people in our own way.”They were all quiet again, working on their special gifts for Gran.

Sundays With Gran is the story of the Huggable Loveable family. Kristel Crews is a Realtor in Beverly Hills, CA, and previously worked in television and film for over 25 years. She lives with her phenomenal sons, Aidan and Evan who have taught her to love unconditionally, laugh often, and dream big. Her entertainment career has shown her the impact of honesty in storytelling and has inspired her to create the world of the Huggable Loveables. Kristel’s Mom, Artis, was a long-time educator, and together they acknowledge the power of the written word. Kristel’s intention of sharing her family’s story is her way to honor her mother’s legacy and she hopes that Sundays With Gran can help other families start a difficult conversation that begins to heal the heart of the child in all of us.
