M. Gore is a writer, teacher and a spoken word artist who finds her own depression funny. Having a great sense of humor is the only way she can survive jobs like the one where she spied on doctors and nurses to see if they washed their hands, a job she titled the Purell Police. After she earned her B.A. in Psychology and her M.A. in Adolescent Education, she landed a job teaching volatile teens in a secured juvenile detention center. Working with emotionally disturbed young people who have committed heinous
crimes is a job that requires her to laugh in order not to cry. Vegas raised, New York City resident, and California dreamer, she hopes that through her humorous outlook on life, she will help others smile no matter what direction their life blows!
