From the male point of view, there is movement associated with entering the Sacred Space of the Heart. Without this movement, the brain is only imagining you are within the Sacred Space of the Heart, and this is not true.
To be clear, from a female point of view, it is possible to simply change images.
To understand why there is a movement, let me explain. Either you are in the brain or in the heart.
It is one or the other. So you must leave the brain and move to the heart, and this is done by moving from the brain to the heart.
However, this idea of moving within one’s body is outside of most people’s understanding of themselves. Most people believe they are their body, and do not understand how they can move inside of their body.
Spirit, your spirit, can be either infinite or finite. If it is infinite, then you are the universe and being infinite you have no center. There is no place that is the center of the universe if the universe is infinite.
But your spirit can also be finite, as it is now. And being finite, you will have a place that is the center of your being. However, this place can be located within or outside of your physical body. For most people, it is located at this time in your Pineal gland or the Pineal chakra in your brain. But for other people their center is located in many other locations, such as their heart chakra.
A few people even have their center outside of their body. But it is almost always inside their Mer-Ka-Ba field, about 55 to 60 feet in diameter.
There are exercises that show you how to move your spirit. If you have never done this before, it may seem a little strange, but you will get it.
