After a life of peaks and valleys, Diana is finally happy. She has reunited with her closest friends, she owns a successful counseling practice, and she shares a love that is deep and true with a wonderful man. Then, one day, she receives an unusual proposition from an unorthodox patient. Her patient has a long list of demands, from random, unscheduled remote therapy sessions to a refusal to disclose her true name. Although Diana is reluctant, she agrees to the terms. But when Diana’s mysterious new patient begins to send her letters, Diana finds herself enthralled by her patient . . . and what her patient’s story might reveal next.

About the Author

I have chosen to write about the pain and suffering of women and children in this world. To me, pain is another form of self-discovery. Through pain, we find our authentic self. There is no other way about it. JG Yans currently lives in Glendale, California, with her cat and is working on her next book.
