Living from Your True Self

Many people are seekers of spirituality and the deeper meaning of life, what is often overlooked is the returning back to ourselves to truly begin the transformation within us. Spirituality is unique to each individual and is the intimate affair that you have with yourself. There is no other person’s way that is right for us all, rather in using your own sense of inner guidance and reflecting further within yourself, do you find many answers to your life’s questions. A truly remarkable human existence is what we are experiencing by having being granted a lifetime of potential understanding through self-awareness. By you being drawn to read this book, you most certainly would be that courageous seeker of your truth and this is not to be downplayed, as it takes much courage to venture on a path that is less travelled. However, in doing so, you are going to be able to reward yourself with a freedom you never knew could possibly exist. In looking further into the awareness of yourself, you are gaining more clarity to transform your life in a completely honest way. I was inspired with greatest of love, compassion and transparency to share my heart and learnings with you, to assist you to help yourself and to expand your own understanding. There are no challenges, or hardships of experiences you have gone through in your life, that cannot be understood and transformed. It is irrelevant what age you are, what culture you live in or circumstances you have placed around you right now, that are not able to be reshaped by yourself to live your life from the truest version you can be. If you feel lost, alone, anguished or any other emotion that is overwhelming you, then you may just be ready to revert your glance inwards and return back to you. There is no other person that can have as much impact on your life and the direction of your growth, other than yourself. You are and can be your own hero of your journey. The one that you have been seeking has and will always be within you. You will see this at a later time, if you have not seen this understanding as yet, for it is through experience that you grow and reveal this deepest part of yourself. In highlighting this for you, I state emphatically of the options and choices that you have presented before you are much more than you may believe right now. There has been a suppression for humanity as a whole that has covered up the power that we all contain, the healing capacity and further abilities that can be revealed as we redirect ourselves back to our core natural state of being. This whole book is from a focal point of experiences that I have encountered in my lifetime and revealing the truth of what I have found, to assist with the remembrance of your own unique capacity to unfold your freedom within. Use your own inner guidance when reading over my work or anyone else’s and gauge from yourself how you can understand, relate and action the details of what are shared. Through offering the experiences of a life lived in self-exploration and the search for deeper understanding, I hope to inspire, encourage and support you as you awaken yourself to the wonder within.
