This collection of essays is about life and how it offers continual growth opportunities. Each essay is followed by questions meant to stimulate deep, personal inquiry for the purpose of self-discovery and self-healing.

About the Author

Brigid was born in New Orleans, Louisiana and has lived most of her life in Mississippi. She currently lives in Hattiesburg, Mississippi with her two children and two pets - who provide endless opportunities for joy and growth. Brigid has been a public practice nurse for 30 years and a public practice veterinarian for 20 years. She has many interests, ranging from writing and drawing to yoga and walking. Her life’s journey has been dedicated to honest and faithful inquiry as it led her from the study of science to the study of spirit. Brigid considers life itself the essential spiritual self-study course.
