About the Book
Live It Up is a collection of words that rhyme and expand consciousness and time. These poems have moved and shifted me at different points in my life—when I felt separate, stuck, alone, desperate, hopeful, grateful, and everything in between. They continue to inspire me to live more authentically, heal my being, embrace my space, and open my heart. I hope these words remind you of who you truly are, what you’re capable of, and where your strength lies—not in the ego that keeps us separate, but in the heart that keeps us centered and connected to the whole source of life. May they inspire you, as they have me, to: Live Fully, Love Wholly, Learn Daily, Breathe Freely, and Laugh Heartily.
About the Author
Michelle White holds a bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. While she has spent much of her career in solid waste—getting paid to talk trash—her true calling has always been “helping souls shine brightly beneath their skin,” as she wrote in one of her first poems. For over 30 years, Michelle has been a devoted student of spiritual psychology, attending conferences and studying under thought leaders such as Louise Hay, Dr. Wayne Dyer, and Dr. Robert Holden. She deepened her journey by completing the two-year spiritual psychology program at the University of Santa Monica with Drs. Ron and Mary Hulnick. Through her work and personal exploration, she has dedicated her life to being an energy explorer—freeing herself and others to Live It Up. Michelle lives in Northern California with her hockey-loving family: her husband, who plays left wing, and their two-time state champion son, who plays center. When they’re not at the ice rink, you’ll find them hanging out at the local airport, where her son is learning to fly.
