Shelley Charlton is an eternal student of health, wealth, and happiness. After seventeen years in the air force (and almost four years of clinical depression), she decided to retire early and pursue her dream of acting and sharing the benefits of yoga. She hopes to help others gain and maintain peak physical and mental health. She is currently living the dream with her beloved cat, Puss, on the Hibiscus Coast in New Zealand.
