About the Book

Although Rebecca had completed the writing of this book in 2009, it laid dormant until early 2015. It was then she was fully engaged in a program designed to bring the conscious self into harmony with the higher self. While participating in this program, so many of the concepts she had written about years prior were re-introduced. And so, she felt the push to share her experience. The process of writing this book had served as such a healing framework in her own life, she recognized she had gone through another part of her Journey where the concepts once again aided in bringing more purpose, clarity and harmony to life. Isn’t this what we all strive for? Rebecca shares it now in hopes of empowering others to recognize they have the choice and free will to live the life they want, versus the life in which they feel resorted to living. For it is in seemingly small moments, where we can intentionally and deliberately create the life we choose and live in harmony with our soul’s purpose and desires.

About the Author

Rebecca Shupe grew up in rural Wisconsin, graduating from the University of Wisconsin, Green Bay, earning her Bachelor of Science degree. Rebecca always knew that she wanted to help people, and telling others about her own personal trials and tribulations seemed like the best way to be authentic and give real world examples of how to allow our true inner light to shine forth. She’s worked in numerous industries including wireless, executive recruiting, direct sales and law enforcement. These provided her exposure to people of many walks of life, but none as impactful as spending more than five and a half years as a 911 dispatcher. Rebecca has a desire to help empower others to take control of their own journeys and serve as an example of how to break through limiting belief patterns and make choices based on intention. She enjoys time with her two children as well as hiking and reading. She currently works at an Equestrian Center in Idaho, where she gets to live out another passion of assisting participants in Equine Therapy programs and activities.
