About the Author

Maryam Saligheh is an accredited exercise physiologist who immigrated to Australia at the age of twenty-three. She holds two master’s degrees and is currently a PhD candidate at the University of Sydney, with a focus on pre- and postnatal depression and anxiety. The author of several publications in peer-reviewed journals and international conferences, she currently lives in Sydney.
