About the Author
Throughout her life, Francesca has journaled her feelings, her emotions, her solutions. She has lived change, from owning a destination restaurant to following the call for inner peace. Letting go of all possessions, she moved to a new community. Penniless, she traded work for a place to live and collected cans for gas. Now she lives her passion—helping others on their life’s journey.
Spirituality has followed Francesca since childhood: dreams with visions, out-of-body traveling, and feeling others’ emotions. Connections with spirits led to training in shamanism, yoga therapy, meditation, crystal healing, cranial sacral and lymphatic therapy. It is through these studies that Francesca has successfully helped herself and hundreds of others change their lives.
