About the Book
A collection of poems that focus on love, loss, hope and recovery. It is a journey of healing the past, embracing the present and seeing a future.
About the Author
I met my first love, poetry, at the age of fifteen. Prose has become the love of my life. I attended The University of Arizona in Tucson, AZ, with intentions of becoming a secondary educator in English but life had other plans for me. This is the first publication of my work, a collection of pieces put together, a mosaic of my life and true love. I was born in New Mexico, raised in Texas and now live in a small town in central Illinois with my amazingly supportive husband.
