About the Author

Brenda Bruzon is a spiritual discussion group facilitator and holistic life coach. She also helps people to shine through volunteering. Brenda discovered her spiritual nature in 2011 when she first started to consciously connect to her inner wisdom. She lives in Eastbourne, England, with her family and their dog, Fig.
