Another way of being a peaceful warrior is to look at the moon and stars. Look at the deep color that is space. Can you feel the color or hear the sound of that color? Look at the stars, in clusters, or on their own. Using your imagination, go into the stillness of just floating in space, knowing you are completely safe! Have you got your really cool space suit on? Now, think about the sorts of sounds you might hear. Could there be music that you’ve never heard before; amazing sounds that no one has ever heard? Are your angels singing just for you! Now think about what color those sounds might be! They could be any color of the rainbow or a color that only you can see! Do the stars talk to each other in their own special way? What do you think? Think about yourself as a single shining star in space. Now you can look down on Mother Earth and see her as you would like her to be. You can see that all the oceans are sparkling blue and filled with healthy sea animals. You can see that all the forests are lush green with many plants, birds and animals. You can see everyone in the world at peace with one another. Be a peaceful warrior right now and imagine that you are a great eagle flying high above Mother Earth. Look way above you and below you with your amazing eagle eyes. What does an eagle see and how far? Seeing yourself flying high above the earth like an eagle helps break the cycle of anger and worry - you become balanced within yourself and can think more clearly. Try it and in a few seconds you are high above the earth, strong and powerful and so cool - your problems out of sight! When you feel sad, worried or angry, take some time to understand that there are special beings around you who are your guardian angels and spirit friends. You may sometimes have sensed a tingling up your back or on your shoulders or neck and wondered what it meant. Well, this is how your angels talk to you. It is their job to watch over you and keep you safe. They love you. Understand that you can talk to your guardian angel just as you did to your crystal. Can you remember the way of the peaceful warrior? A peaceful warrior is someone who is - Strong by being gentle and caring, Wise when quiet and still, Powerful when helping others. Even though you may think it, please understand that you are never alone.
