About the Author

The ideas and principles in this book grew out of the unique process created by Gregory Braendel, founder and CEO of Career Dreams. For over 20 years he delivered his brilliance-based process to individuals, school district personnel, and corporate and federal government employees, always with the goal of producing enhanced productivity, success and fulfillment for everyone. The process these individuals successfully enjoyed is presented here for readers everywhere to embrace for achieving their own goals, dreams, and career paths.
