About the Book
The book is about a young black girl coming of age in the city after being raised in the South with family members for ten years, not knowing anything about her parents. The character struggles a lot in this fiction, but you will have to read the book to find out how things turn out for her. We know she will be free from whatever it is that haunts her. A must read for anyone struggling with addiction or a love one struggling.
About the Author
The author was born and raised in the city and has had a lot of experience in different situations that have happened in the life of her character in the book. She is married and lives with her husband of forty years. She has 3 children, 6 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. She has also had many friends that have been through a lot of these same situations that her character has been through and just wanted to combine them into a fiction.
