About the Book

Janie Marie goes on a quest determined to find God in the sky above her. She tries everything she can think of to get above the clouds where she believes God resides. After all attempts fail, she receives a powerful and comforting message: She need not look to the sky to find God; He is always and forever within her.

About the Author

Becky Walker Williams was born and raised in Arizona and currently resides in Yuma with her supportive husband, Mike. She’s an entrepreneur at heart and a homeschooling mom of two adored kids. She enjoys traveling, being in nature, caring for animals, and painting colorful pet portrait memorials. She’s drawn to living a holistic lifestyle and has a hunger for personal and spiritual growth. In her early twenties, during her own spiritual quest, she felt divinely inspired to write this story about Finding God; it is almost as if the book wrote itself.

Growing up, Becky’s dad raved about what a great children’s book writer she would be, and planted a seed. For nearly twenty years, the story stayed with her, like a whisper in the back of her mind, until it screamed that it was time to come out to the world. Just days before she could proudly present the book to her father, he passed away. Through her heartache and grief, she realized that it was all in God’s perfect timing, and the message God gave her in the book was also meant to be from her dad. That he is with her always and always will be. She now knows this book was meant for God to use for His highest good, and humbly donates all profits she receives to charities and others in need, in memory of her father’s heart for service and love for God.
