Sharon Antoinette Parrish is an energetic person who inspires and motivates individuals to enjoy and reach their goals in life. She has a positive attitude and loves to “smile” which can be contagious to others. She earned a Master’s Degree in Speech and Interpersonal Communications from New York University. She has certifications as a Health/Wellness Coach, and as a Stress Reduction, Relaxation & Meditation Instructor. She works as a Human Resources Specialist in the Department of Training and Human Resources for her organization.
Sharon resides on the East Coast but frequents the San Francisco Bay Area and Hilton Head, South Carolina. Her hobbies includes walking, hiking, enjoying nature, and traveling. She enjoys writing, public speaking, exercising, making people “smile” and having conversations that are inspiring and motivating. She has a brother in the Mid-West with lots of cousins, aunts, uncles and close friends.
