About the Book

Something To Think About:

• Each antidote triggers a spark of the already known, rather then a big secret revealed.

• Elevate your thoughts for they can take you to places you only dream of.

• The confidence you gain with each page will provide the ultimate gift of believing in yourself.

“Each page of Something to Think About provided a different life lesson of love, growth, and grace, and it blew me away. Mendicino’s words of wisdom need to be heard by every single soul, young and old.”

—Airaby Vaeda Mann, Miss Mississippi

Teen USA 2014; model; student

“A lovely read. This book presents a light set of daily reminders to keep the women of our youth genuine, strong, inspired, and grounded as they face the unfamiliar and unanticipated challenges of growing up. I especially loved the inclusion of famous quotes from female influencers that inspired each piece; they were a wonderful representation of how women have shaped the world we live in today, and continue to thrive in it.”

—Stephanie Apa, marketing and real estate professional;

former NBA dancer, 2010-2013

About the Author

Rosanna Mendicino has been fortunate enough to gain wisdom through conventional and unconventional ways. For her, the richest one of all has been motherhood.

Over the years, Mendicino developed an interest in spiritual and physical practices including yoga, meditation, massage therapy, and shiatsu. She has studied with instructors and a life coach, and she has attended workshops and seminars, always seeking new ways to create a healthy, happy, and a successful life. The wisdom she has gained from mentors and through writing of others has been percolating inside of her, combining with firsthand observations and taking a new, unique shape.

These insights—many of which are focused on self-love and empowerment—have contributed to her individual growth. More importantly it prompted her to share timeless information with her daughters and many others, providing them a strong foundation of self-worth and confidence. She is pleased and proud of that. By setting them down on paper in Something to Think About, Rosanna Mendicino will be able to reach women of all ages around the country—and perhaps even the world!
