The reader can tear out one page a week to keep on hand or post it on the refrigerator in order to help meet his or her goals.
About the Author
I have been a certified personal trainer for over fifteen years and a certified USA triathlon coach for over ten years. I know that many people struggle with the fight for abundant health, myself included. I live in Southern California and still compete in many triathlons and open water swimming, cycling, and running events each year.
