Christopher is a three-year-old who is afraid of everything. His mom reminds him every day to be brave and promises she will always be there for him, no matter what.

About the Author

Author Pam Kissoondyal’s experience as a mom of two children helped inspire her to write her first book, Be Brave. Her role as a family specialist, infant-massage teacher, and life coach is very rewarding, yet her most prized achievement is motherhood. She enjoys audiobooks, learning, and helping people. Pam lives in Florida.

Illustrator Mark Wilson has won multiple awards for his work in illustrations and loves to bring great stories to life. Be Brave inspired him to appreciate the courage he tried to harness as he went through the first days of his school years. Mark was fortunate to have his twin brother, Mike, by his side to guide him through the scary first days of school.
