How to Heal

This book would have never have happened if not for the people I’ve encountered in my life and the experiences I’ve lived through that have taught me valuable lessons which I can now readily share with you. My late husband, Hashim, whom I loved dearly and spent 18 years of my life with, was my greatest teacher. The life we shared together was full of great times and not so good ones, but now, with the wisdom I’ve acquired, I can honestly thank him for it all. It was all I needed to experience in order to be where I am right now in my life. The good times have given me the memories that I will cherish for the rest of my life, and from the bad ones I will only remember the lessons. Thank you.

Hash, you have given me the most wonderful two children, Zeena and Zarah, who are now my pillars in this time of my life. My beautiful daughters are the ones who motivate me to carry on and become the person I’ve always wanted to be: wise, selfless, and loving. I would like to inspire them to be who they want to be, and to live the life of their dreams: limitless.

I would like to thank Reverand Chris Oldham for being there for me as a friend and counselor when I needed the guidance and support from the Divine. Thank you for leading me to my biggest achievements in professional life, relationships and spiritual growth, as well as teaching me how to connect and follow the signs from God and His angels and apply them to my life.

My gratitude goes to Hazel Moore for her spiritual guidance, and most of all, her friendship. You have been there for me to reassure me and show me the way.

I would also like to offer my thanks to all who wished to remain anonymous. You have inspired me to become a better version of who I am right now, and you were sent on my path so I could learn from you and the experiences I’ve lived through with you. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
