Page 1 Whilst lying in bed one night Freddie heard a tap at the window. He got up and went to the window and looked outside. Page 2 Suddenly a beautiful butterfly appeared in front of him. Freddie opened his window and the butterfly fluttered in and landed on his bed stand. Page 3 Freddie bent down to look at the butterfly. “Hello my name is Baba Lou” said the butterfly, “can we be friends?” said Baba Lou. “I would like to be friends with you” said Freddie staring down at the butterfly. Freddie showed Baba Lou his new painting set and they talked for a while and then Freddie fell asleep.

About the Book
This is a book with three stories that introduce three happy habits. A wise butterfly called Baba Lou befriends a four-year-old boy called Freddie and teaches him three happy habits. Gratitude—happiness is the key Charitable service—giving is good as getting Meditation—floating in space. Baba Lou takes him on an enlightening journey with his wise words and magic pictures.
About the Author
P K Chutte has worked with young children for over fifteen years and trained and qualified as a Health Kinesiologist in 2005. Both of these taught her the importance of laying firm foundations for children at an early age. After reading 100s of books to 100s of children she realized there was something missing. Books to teach children gratitude, selfless service and meditation. All of these practices which studies have shown increase happiness, self esteem, awareness, empathy, compassion, hope and help unfold good global citizens. She lives in Leamington Spa, England with her family.
