"Hello, Beautiful" is the story of my journey from a lifetime of emotional overeating to “remembering” WHERE and WHEN food became my salvation from early childhood and adolescent wounds I had pushed down in order to survive. A battlefield of me versus me, brought on by self-encoded information that influenced the way I thought and felt about myself, which over time chipped away at my self-esteem and self-worth and became the catalyst for my eating disorder. I refer to this part of myself as my shadow, my Dark Voice and how, when I embraced my other self, my Empowered Self, and shown the link between traumatic early childhood and adolescence experiences, I was able to forgive myself for all the ways I harmed ME. Reliving my happy childhood moments, (which were fleeting ones, but still important in uncovering the truth) finding compassion and empathy for the adolescent me that was betrayed, abandoned and rejected, was the first step for allowing my journey of healing and transformation to begin. As you co-actively participate with me, I believe you can crush any barriers that keep you from victory. This is a work-book, a record-keeping, truth-telling self-love journal. I am going to share with you my story, my Dark Voice that tells me I can’t, my Empowered Voice that assures me I can and my prayers, to restore my sanity. Your job is to do the same. Your job is to become conscious that we are reflections of one another, and how we respond to each other’s stories, thoughts, and choices, spark the fire of awareness, which leads to wakefulness and once awake, we become who we were meant to be and our true purpose will be inextricably shown to us and we will know that this time, we will not fail.

About the Author
Victoria Feldman is a published writer, inspirational motivator, co-active life coach, and award-winning Realtor.
Victoria’s second book, Hello, Beautiful, subtitled, How the Power of Self-Love Heals and Transforms You Forever, is armed with statistics, extensive research and the author’s own poignant inner conflict with a lifetime eating disorder. Victoria shares her struggles and triumphs to liberate herself from yo-yo dieting and weighty thoughts and offers supportive self-love breaks containing soul stirring exercises inviting the reader to become a co-active participant in their own healing and transformation. “When we allow Spirit to move freely through our entire being, we are shown what has been hidden all along. Victoria has been a student of A Course in Miracles for over twenty-five years and taught The Children’s Material (concepts based on A Course in Miracles). When the subject of death & dying was posed by the children, teacher and student created a poetic journey embracing the mysteries and miracles of the afterlife. Their collaboration became Victoria’s first book, This is Not Goodbye…It’s Halo which was endorsed by Dr. Elisabeth Kubler-Ross. For the following three years, Victoria was asked to write and teach the first higher consciousness children’s program in Malibu, California, which she called Creative Expressions.
In 1988, Victoria became a licensed Realtor and has sold 100’s of millions of dollars of real estate. Always a writer and educator first, Victoria teaches her course, The Heart of Real Estate, to new and seasoned real estate professionals, applying the same powerful questions and transformational exercises used in her life coaching practice.
