Mind WorX

Mind WorX – An Inside Story is really a number of short stories that has been compiled over a period of years, not only by reading, watching and listening to many renowned authors, but from life itself. So they don’t necessarily flow from one to the other, although sometimes they do, but rather they are a random selection of topics that are separate and yet connected to the one theme: “What’s life all about, who are we and why are we here?”

From an early age I’ve always been a seeker. Even when I was young I looked under the rocks and stones of life, curious to find out what was there, and more importantly, why it was there. Most people are content to live their lives with no thought about the world that surrounds them, and then there is some like you and I, that are inspired to seek for answers to the truth about why we are here.

We are the spice in the soup of life, the ingredients that make it more exciting and addictive. We, the questioners of life are essential components that make for a better recipe. On our shoulders lies the responsibility for man’s continuing evolution. If you are reading this, then you are part of that group that has the curiosity and propensity to learn something new.

It only takes the few of us to be curious enough to probe the mysteries of life. Our fellow humans, who decide not to ponder the reasons why, will naturally follow in time, for the rising tide of learning lifts all boats.

Difficult questions such as, ‘Is the world I experience around me real? Are the people around me real? Am I real? Or am I and everything else in this world just a part of some elaborate illusion, a dream conjured up by a Supremely Intelligent Energy (God)?

You will not find any answers to those questions in this book. I simple give my point of view on the possibilities of what might be, sign posts to the truth if you will. It’s up to you the reader to discern what the truth might be.

It is best not to believe what is written, for that would put the damper on your learning altogether, but rather to absorb the reasoning hidden between the lines. Then mix that with the ideas percolating in your own mind and come up with your own personal version of what may be reality.

That is a very important thing for you to do, for combined with the ideas that are emanating from the minds of the rest of us seekers of truth, man as a whole can then evolve and advanced to where we are destined to eventually be. So come on an entertaining journey through the thoughts in my mind and see if I can plant a few fertile thoughts in yours.
