She develops a strong passion for power, money, and control, and she gets it. She loses the love of her life, Tommy; their son; and her own good state of health.

Although this book is fictionalized, it is based on some true life events; all the characters and names, however, are in no way connected to any living or deceased persons.

About the Author

Marly Minchin is a former sales executive, wife, and mother of one. She has lived in Queensland, Australia, for most of her life and dreamed in her adult years she would become an author of romance and mystery. She topped the class in creative writing and has written many short stories and magazine clips. This is her first novel, with the sequel to follow in 2014.
