“Hey listen Sophie” said Shiloh standing up on the fence with his paws touching the top. “I
can help teach you, if you would like to be my friend.”
Sophie lay there quite sad, and then covered her eyes with her paws.
Shiloh sat there wondering how he was going to cheer her up. Just then the gate gently
pushed open.
Shiloh walked over to Sophie and lay down beside her. He pushed her paws away from her
eyes and said, “Come on now Sophie it is not as bad as you think. What can I do to help you
smile?”
“You can be my friend!” said Sophie.
