Steven A. Brennan is a nationally recognized and award winning senior executive with over 35 years of leadership in sales and marketing management. He is an accomplished negotiator and decision-maker with demonstrated leadership in both domestic and international markets.

Steve spent over 20 years in the tire industry. He worked as a Commercial Store Manager with the Firestone Tire & Rubber Company, Regional Manager with Yokohama Tire Corporation, and a National Account Manager with Dunlop.
Recently retired from almost a decade of tenure with Ingersoll-Rand as a District Sales Manager, Steve previously worked for a division of Paccar as Aftermarket Sales and Marketing Manager, heading the division’s international customer service and aftermarket parts sales departments.
Steve is now leveraging his interviewing, hiring, coaching, and mentoring experience into that of an author, speaker, and college instructor.
Steve has a Bachelor of Science degree in business, California Coast University, and an MBA in business marketing management, Barrington University. He is married and lives in Gig Harbor, Washington, and has two children and six grandchildren.
