About the Book
The current generation of parents is under constant pressure to find ways to maximise the intelligence of their children as they prepare them for an
unknown future.
This artistic expression of Willis’s work and findings brings together years of academic research and study, her experience as a teacher and lecturer, and
lessons gained from interacting with other cultures. Her quest has been to understand the human condition of learning; fundamentally, learning is a human
trait, so understanding its essence will allow parents to better equip their children for the future. In addition to her professional interests, Willis has the
grounding that parenthood affords, enabling her to intimately understand the needs of students and their parents throughout the educational process.
Nurturing Intelligence is designed to reduce the angst that parents experience concerning their children’s opportunities and success as it brings clarity to
the topics of intelligence, learning, and education.
