When My Mind Met My Soul

When My Mind met My Soul is the experience of unity through a soul introduction. While writing a meditation poem after recently meditating the experience expressed itself in these few words that have flowered into these writings. As a health, wellness, and physical education teacher there lives in this existence the unfolding desire of holistic health. Therefore the writings include glimpses into spiritual healing, the mind, and energy all while living in a body.
As opposed to solely being encased in a body, we journey together into mystical soul living, soul perceiving and soul expanding. Our previous limits and boundaries lose their density and our spirit being takes on a floating fluidity. We learn to work out the hard ridges and kinks in our energy. We open the love channel of God energy and raise up consciousness as it spreads in all its glory.
Spiritual tidbits of awakening take root in the form of Buddhism, Hinduism, Rastafari, Native American wisdom, as well from other ancient wisdom gurus and realized beings. My realizations are your realizations as we are one. See yourself through my eyes. Look within and then see out with spiritual sight. Take a closer look at the reaching out we tend to do when all is found within.
Uncover your soul light and know its brightness. Remove light blockers and consciousness blockers such as anger, fear, doubt and separateness. As your mind becomes increasingly familiar with your soul, they join as one. You transition from a dual existence of opinions, right and wrong, judgment, and suffering into the peace, love and unity of the divine sacred oneness.
In this process you realize as you are situated in your soul, a whole new way of existing. You shift from reaction to non-reaction. You clearly see how expectations create pain, and you sit comfortably in having no expectation. Self-reflection from the soul perspective gives us the ability to look at the life in front of our face to see the secret and the magic of what is really going on here.
As I exist in spiritual harmony I intimately know the divine in all. This bliss recognizes itself without words. Our communication and speech naturally becomes more gentle and selective as we realize words are energy. Our doing becomes infused with being. So that in stillness we hear the truth and our movement then unfolds as an expression of this truth. Our life becomes what the universe intends with its unconditional love and support.
Spiritual equilibrium in the moment is how we balance living in this life while staying rooted in spirit. Strong spiritual roots representing spiritual truth create the blossoming of the beautiful spiritual flower that we are. When our spiritual roots are being stifled and the life force is being cut off or totally uprooted, our life force energy and beauty wilts. Ego uproots. Soul reconnects.
Are you ready? This journey we take together is full of peace, love, reggae vibrations and unity. Let us float together as one as my soul bubble joins your soul bubble and link to create a bigger consciousness soul bubble. Watch it expand exponentially right in front of your very eyes. Watch the frequency of synchro-licious moments grow in amazement that the universe is with you, and speaks, and now you hear it.
All relationships are relating with yourself and God in the other. Therefore we see that as we hurt another, we hurt our self. How are we treating our soul self through others, through our food, through our partner, our children, strangers, or our family? How we relate to the world is how we relate to our soul. We are not separate. We are one.
No longer are we caught in thought. We learn to be not caught in thought and gain that spiritual perspective as the space behind our thoughts. Our thoughts become an artistic creative expression that we mold like clay from the soul. We learn we are the artist and not the clay. We are not only our thoughts.
In oneness we are whole. Join the soul community as you remember who you are. As your mind meets your soul, all the small negative self-doubts, addictions, disease, and suffering lose their stronghold as your eternal self is revealed. Bliss and healing flow into the stream of who you are. One love.
