Karen read a variety of books, and each author helped her to fine tune her life-changing strategies. She found out through personal trial and error what worked and what did not work to improve her relationships, weight, and money.

When Karen looked around, she saw that many of her friends had to deal with similar issues. In fact, many women were struggling to deal with their relationships, weight, and money. Karen started to help other women and found the experience was extremely rewarding. So she then decided to write this book so she could draw from her own experience to help more people. Karen details the strategies she has learnt to help lead a happier life. She knows how busy women are, so she has written an easy, step-by-step guidebook which will show you the strategies to make positive changes in your life.


About the Author

Karen Fernandez was born in Malaysia and migrated to Australia with her parents in 1978. Her family initially lived in small towns in country New South Wales, before finally settling in Sydney. Karen enjoyed writing and art, while she was growing up and dreamed of one day writing her own novel. She spent her high school years in Sydney and went to the University of Wollongong in Wollongong; she completed a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Accounting. After completing her degree, Karen secured a Graduate Traineeship at the Office of State Revenue in New South Wales. She worked in the Department for a few years, then moved to Melbourne and got married. While raising her children she worked in a variety of accounting roles. Karen was always interested in real estate and in 2001 she started to invest in property. In 2004 she divorced and now lives with her children in Melbourne. Karen is a motivational coach who has a passion to help people achieve their goals. She inspires others to believe in themselves so that they can have more positive relationships, achieve weight loss and have a better understanding of money. Karen is also a meditation teacher as she has found that meditation is a useful tool which allows the mind to relax, so that life can be more enjoyable. She is in the process of writing a motivational book to encourage women to make positive changes to their relationships, weight and finances. Karen continues to balance her work as an accountant, property investor, coach, meditation teacher and writer with being a mother. She loves to read, draw, paint and sculpt clay to relax. Karen’s perfect idea of a relaxing day would be to lie beside a pool (in the shade) with a good book.
