Hey guys! Kids like you are great most of the time. Sometimes it is hard to tell if you are choosing to behave or be naughty. It’s times like this that you can use a detective. This top-secret detective knows what clues to look for when it comes to having excellent behavior.
Our detective has found some clues. Help the detective figure out which clues are for the awesomely behaved kid, and which behaviors were poor choices that lead adults to think the kid is naughty or bad. Circle the word good or naughty next to each clue to show that you have top-notch detective skills too.
Here are the clues the detective has found:
Helping someone, just because. Good or Naughty?

About the Book

About the Author
Andrew is nine years old and loves the family’s two cats. He enjoys playing basketball, football, soccer, and lacrosse. He also enjoys reading. Andrew thinks he may either want to be an engineer or make special effects in movies.
Leah is thirteen years old. She enjoys writing, figure skating, dance, jewelry making, singing, and acting. Leah wants to be an actress, chef, or author when she grows up. (She’s an author now!) She describes herself as funny, nice, silly, and a little weird.
Jodi is a professor, counselor, author, parent coach, and play therapist. For work, she gets to play with kids to help them feel better. She likes to play outside.
Michael is also a counselor and professor. He does consulting work for businesses and coaches professionals. He has also coached high school and college basketball and currently works coaching in youth sports.
