About the Author
Deirdre "Didi" McKay is a writer, artist and a museum educator, currently working for Stepping Stones Museum for Children, Norwalk, Connecticut. She has worked as a journalist, headquartered in New York City, and as a teaching artist throughout New York and Connecticut. She enjoys creating educational programs for museums and schools. Didi is a mother of two, and is an animal advocate. She loves to read non-fiction, create art, and teach yoga to children.
