About the Author
Deb Vaughan Ritter earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and juggled her busy life as a successful career woman, wife, and mother for many years. Her mother’s final declaration that she “must move free” changed Deb’s trajectory. This surprising revelation sparked Deb’s desire to discover her own “true trek”. Many years of voracious reading, writing, seeking, being in nature, yoga, and meditation followed. Her words naturally flowed as she revealed the secrets of moving free that she gleaned on her transformative journey. Deb currently moves free in the Kansas City area with her husband, Craig. She enjoys reading, writing, dancing, traveling, being in nature, and spending time with family and friends.
