About the Book

“This book’s take on the creation story is like none I have ever read before. It’s a must-read if you enjoy having your mind stretched and your preconceived notions of biblical interpretations challenged.”
—Charlotte LeHecka, PhD, Director, Institute for Accelerative Learning, Teaching & Research

“This book answers questions of origins and life as we know it. The developmental timeline, always linked with God, suggests a secure, logical foundation. The readers are convinced of their roles in the wholeness of life as well as inspired to think deeply and to discuss these ideas with others.”
—Cecelia Anderson, MEd, Retired Schoolteacher

About the Author

Joan Clarke was born June 9, 1938 in Norfolk, VA and died on September 11, 2009 in Edenton, NC. She knew as a child that she would become a writer. Her lifelong imagination and story- telling are renowned within her family circle. After marriages, four children, and seven grandchildren, Joan Clarke has written two books, both unique and spiritually oriented. Joan’s failing health in her last few years of life prompted her to finally finish writing what she had begun many years earlier. She attributed her years of studying both the Edgar Cayce Readings and the Bible to her ability to tie them together in her final book. This book is a tribute to Jesus Christ Himself.

To quote the author herself, she stated: “I have been a student of the Edgar Cayce Readings for over 40 years. Every day I learn something new or see a concept in more depth. Living by the Readings has been a great blessing to me on the physical, mental, and spiritual levels. Every day I apply the principles from the Cayce Readings in my life from the dietary rules and home remedies to dream interpretation and revelations of Creation and the Christ. I was fortunate to have known Gladys Davis Turner, who was a great inspiration to me and who shared a lot of her experiences with me. I feel blessed to have known Hugh Lynn Cayce as he was an expert on the Readings in every subject. I also lived at A.R.E. in the winter of 1966 until June of 1967 in the south dorm of the old building. I did private research for Paula and Edward Fitzgerald who wrote plays based on the Readings. I researched the Readings for Col. Frank Adams to add to a book of poetry by Lydia Clark Markum.”
