About the Author
Dr. Alane Daugherty is a writer, speaker, and professor. Her work focuses on teaching people how to transform chaotic and limiting emotional patterns to ones that are self-affirming, life-enhancing, and truly transformative. Her work is grounded in science and practice, and she has had the opportunity to share it with thousands. She offers a step-by-step approach of understanding and application. She is the author of The Power Within: From Neuroscience to Transformation, and De-stress with Dr. Alane, an audio CD. She lives in Claremont, California, with her husband and three sons.
