About the Author

Sharon Helene Rosen was born to explore, integrate and share an array of the world’s most effective healing tools. Always drawn to alternative lifestyles, her interest was heightened by a desire to heal her own physical and emotional issues that began in high school. This quest led her to become certified as a massage therapist, Reiki master/teacher, kabbalistic healer, wellness coach and meditation instructor, with a wide range of healing modalities gathered along the way. Her focus in every encounter is on evoking the innate ability we each have to hold stress-in-balance and thrive in the midst of a crazy, busy life. Clients value her deep listening, comforting, non-judgmental manner, intuitive insights and comprehensive approach to holistic healing. For 25 years Sharon has led thousands of clients from overwhelm, frustration and pain to clarity, ease and relief. As they release physical and emotional discomforts, they find they can be more productive, experience better relationships and get more joy out of life. Sharon has had articles published in magazines including Yoga Journal, Relevant Times and Holistic Living, and is a featured author at ezinearticles.com and selfgrowth.com.
