In the beginning, when the angels told me to tell my story, I
asked them, “What story?” They said, “A story of love.” As an
insecure person in this area, I was unsure of this answer. I had no
inkling of what was to come. I never considered myself an eager or
proficient writer.
I find this saying to be true: “An adventure starts at the end
of your comfort zone.”
At work, I had to keep reminding myself to concentrate on my
job, for the euphoria continues. My mind kept wandering back to
Saturday and Sunday’s events. My face could be poker straight, but
inside I was just happy, joyful, and full of love. Now it seems like
I could talk via my mind, with the heavenly side. And I could hear
their answers. “This isn’t ‘voices’—these are thoughts, or mental
telepathy.” Then it seems like I hear congratulations being said all
around me. “Why?” I ask. The return answer is, “Because of the place
you had in Jeshua’s life.” I wondered what that was. At home, after
supper I went up to my bedroom to be alone. I threw myself across the
bed, put my head in my hands and pondered, What is this? I hear in my
head “You loved him” (meaning Jeshua). I’m not really up to facing
this I think.
One Sunday morning in January of 2000, I woke and sat up in bed. I
had the strong apprehension something was going to happen, something
spiritual was going to happen. Something…is going to happen., then I
lay back down and I was out like a light. I was back 2,000 years ago.

About the Book
This true story began eleven years before Ann Paulson was ready to share the startling experiences that occurred over the next year and left her flabbergasted. Considering herself an “ordinary” Christian, she always believed there must be a heaven, but she never gave much thought to the idea that she had lived before. Then she began a very personal friendship with Jeshua, who the world knows a Jesus. Jeshua used Ann Paulson’s past lives to show her how God’s love accepts us as we are and flows through the ages in events and people, no matter who they are.
The author found the things she was learning difficult, but she became curious enough to keep listening and do her own research. She shares her exciting discoveries about our changing times and the “school” we each attend when we are born to this life. Stepping Stones for the Heart is a comfortable reminder that God’s love is available to us whether we believe it or not, and that Jeshua and wise angels are always with us to help us along the way.
Ann Paulson’s obedience to some insistent angels gives all of us the chance to learn more about why we are here and how we can do the most with our lives.
About the Author
Ann Paulson overcame an extreme reluctance to share this, her true story. Communications and visits from Jeshua and her angels prodded her curiosity, faith, and awakening. She presently works in the library field, using her college degree in that area. The rural Midwest is her home, living with her husband and extended family of dogs and horses.
